BOOT CAMP: Live Fit Health and Fitness!! #Special Edition Series


And that is how you get the Ladies to come for bootcamp - its all about looking good both clothed and not so clothed! 'Exercise' is not so much a turn on, however, BOOTY FITNESS is very much more desirable!! Lucky for us, we can get both at bootcamp, fitness (all round) and a beautifully fit looking body!

This lifestyle is a matter of choice. I say why complain about something you CAN change? Change it, as soon as possible!! It starts Now.. Impress your mirror - that silly mirror that thinks it can have an opinion about your life - well, it does, but you give it what to reflect!! 

At Live Fit ( did i mention i am working as PR and Marketing Manager with Live Fit Now? oh well *smiles uncontrollably) we are encouraging people to Get Fit and of course LIVE a FIT life - this involves you (YES YOU) coming for a session of boot-camp ( sorry only available in Lusaka Zambia right now), see how you feel about it and officially join our Bootcamp Family!

Guys are welcome too - don't let that "booty" part scare you. Its absolutely not aerobics, don't get it twisted- it is hardcore work out that guys need too. Many times guys feel like boot camp involves jumping up and down the girly way and they feel they are too macho for that sort of exercise, well, show up and lets just see how "macho" you are compared to this sort of work-out! #Challenged!

YES YOU!!


Your first time will most probably be tough, it will make you feel like quitting, it will tear you down and expose all your weaknesses (and strengths) and even after your warm-down, two days after the workout will send you to the pharmacy for painkillers - all this will happen but DON'T QUIT!!! The Live Fit Motto!! lol. This should make you want to get better and better and eventually you will get used to it - the pain i mean. lol.. What has kept me going is the fact that the pain does go away, for a very long time! (and then comes back when you work hard again, #Bummer!! hehe)

 


Remember, a Healthy life is always so much better than a Not-so-Healthy life! (i think i got that advice right!)

And PRAY for strength - I religiously ask for strength at every session during my warm up jog because Lord knows some days are harder than others! But then again, that's just me!
